Traditional Biltong. Discover the magic of South African Biltong through this recipe. We use selected French meat as well as Guérande salt in order to make the most of the terroir of our beautiful country.
Beef, a little vinegar, finely ground spices and a good dose of know-how, these are the ingredients needed for an exceptional biltong.
The original recipe, respecting South African tradition, is the simplest and undoubtedly the tastiest.
Its particularity, the meat is enhanced by delicate notes of coriander seeds and pepper.
