The story of Mr Biltong
Mr Biltong is the story of a young man keen on travel and discovery, who never says no to a moment of conviviality!
As a child, Mr. Biltong traveled the world. From South America, to Norway, via Oceania, Mr. Biltong has also set down his bags in South Africa.
And it was there, in this country at the end of Africa, that Mr. Biltong discovered a staple of South African food, made from dried meat: Biltong.
These protein-rich pieces of dried meat accompanied him throughout his youth: from the lunch box for snacks at school, before rugby or cricket matches. As an adult, Biltong always accompanies him and has become the star of his aperitifs and festive moments.
Back in France, Mr. Biltong had only one idea in mind, to share the culture of biltong with his friends in France! A way to present your country of heart to your country of origin.
