Ingredients 250g pasta 100g Biltong cut into thin strips 1 chopped onion 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 red pepper, diced 1 green pepper, diced 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/2 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Preparation Cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente.
